People pick on me for my mouth

i need help
i`m a very loud person with a lot of problems at home! i have lots of anger and rage inside me and somethimes let it out on my fellow pupils and some of them think i`m to loud and i cannot help being loud its something i am
plez give me advice

its not ur fault god made u that way and he makes everyone special and everyone has a special feature e.g (big ears) so dont get upset everybody is unique
