Bully or not?

At what point does a bully beciome a bully and not just someone having a laugh? Sometimes it's hard to tell. Obviously if they're phsically punching you they're bullies. What if they're verbally bullying you?

i agree with you, how do you know if its not someone having a laugh. thats a tricky one i can not answer but i`m sure someone else will.

thanks anyway bullynot, i wasn't sure if i'm being bullied or if they were just joking. i think they're bullying me now
