I used to be best friends with this girl in my class but at the beginning of year 9 she changed. She started to go really mean to me. She has punched me, kicked me, slapped me and said really nasty things to me for no reason. She tells me to "go and die"! It really hurts me. On saturday tea time, i got a text message off her saying she's gonna spread around that im a racist just because i wasnt in on the friday :-( The school have been involved but their not doing enough about it. I have tried telling them but they wont listen. Im too scarred to come into school but im being forced to go in tomorrow. I really want to move schools because i cant take it much longer. She stops me from having other mates aswell and she has gone and got everyone on her side, so i have no one to hang around with tomorrow. Please help me :-(

Hi.

I use to be kinda good mates with this girl at the start of year 9. And since Ive been in year 10, she has been bullying me and I dont know why!
She one of the popular chavy girls at my school, and most of my lessons are with her and her chavy mates.
So when she starts, so does everybody else.
I two got my school involved and they had a word with this girl but all its done is made things worser, and I dont see the point in telling my school that she is still saying stuff, because everytime they say something to her about it, she just brings it up in lessons!
When I have lessons with this girl, I try so hard not to make myself noticable. I mean I even hide behind the people who I sit next to!
I hate school, always have and always will. I just try my best to ignore it as best as I can even though all the stupid things they say hurts me inside.
I dread going to lessons with her and all her popular mates, because I never know when someone is going to say something or not.

Hi, your schools by law have to keep you safe whilst you are there. Racism is a criminal offence and so this girl is actually accusing you of committing a crime, and so really you need to bring this matter to your headteacher's attention. In both situations it sounds as though your schools are failing to realise just how much the situation is affecting you both. Do you have an adult who you can trust who you can talk with about what is going on. You have both done absolutely nothing wrong, and it is not your fault that these girls are doing what they are doing. It is bullying and it needs to be stopped. Please, please talk to a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle etc about what has been going on, and if you or they need support in getting the school to tackle the situation, or if you need someone to talk things over with, then please call our helpline, Monday to Friday, 3.00pm -6.00pm and talk to one of our advisors. The number is 0800 169 6928.
