Bully Busters’ is an Anti Bullying Helpline that was launched
at the beginning of September to provide support for victims of
bullying and their families.

The website contains information and practical advice
on bullying, there are contact details for the
free helpline and you can email us via the contact us form
. We also provide a message board
allowing you to confidentially voice your feelings and
experiences.
Set up in collaboration between Local Solutions, the Liverpool
Echo, Greater Merseyside Local Education Authorities (LEA’s),
Safer Merseyside Partnership and TUC the free
helpline has already receiving over 200 calls per month.
A team of specially trained staff operate the confidential
telephone hotline and take calls from victims, parents or from
people with information about the bullying of children. As well as
acting as a listening service, the team provides practical advice
and can act as a referral agency.
