my son is being bullied

my 11 year old son is being bullied and has started sucking his arm, he sucks his clothes and whatever he can put in his mouth, ive tried to get him 2 stop but he wont, i dont no what to do, any ideas?

Just asking has he go speaical needs. If not going to school talk to his tourto that idea. or mover school.
